IMPORTANT NOTICE:  If you received an incomplete grade on your report card, you have until July 27th to finish work assigned during our closure this spring. Please submit work online before the 27th. If you had a packet you were working on, please turn it in to the district office. Thank you and stay safe!

Butte County School District has approximately 440 students. The staff consists 56 people, of whom 28 are certified. In the district there are two elementary schools, one middle/high school. One of the elementary schools is located in Howe, Idaho. We are located at the foot of our famous "Number Hill" where the senior class paints their graduation year in celebration of their accomplishments. We are 23 miles west of the INL, 65 miles west of Idaho Falls, ID, and 18 miles north of Craters of the Moon National Monument.
